We held our ceremony & reception at WOW in August 2021 - our wedding had been postponed twice and, when rescheduling for our third date, we decided to switch venues and we are so happy we did! We had our wedding on the 7th floor which was the perfect vibe and cost for us! Working with Emily was fantastic - she was so helpful and informative and very communicative! The food was amazing and we were so happy with the package options we had - we loved the way everything looked and flowed! We also attended one of their decor shows, which I highly recommend - it was so fun, provided great inspiration, and we got some discounts from it! If you are looking for a great venue for both ceremony & reception or even just reception, we highly recommend Windows on Washington!

As a vendor, I cannot recommend Windows on Washington. I've worked there several times without issue, but have heard horror stories. A few months ago I was assisting with a setup and saw the owner shout and point in the face of a young wedding planner who had done nothing wrong. After speaking to her, the venue confirmed a setup time for her that they did not honor, and they were mad at HER for arriving "early" and asking for help. Nobody should be shouted at, we're all team players in the STL wedding vendor scene and his behavior was inexcusable. TL:DR, WIndow's staff and owner are rude and will treat your vendors like trash. We don't want to work there.

We've photographed weddings at Windows on Washington for over 14 years and besides being a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, the staff ALWAYS do an amazing job of taking care of our couples!

WOW was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Emily and all of the staff were professional, easy to get ahold of, and so helpful in making our vision come to life. The space is so beautiful, and we had the freedom to make it our own while still using lots of their in house decor - which made setting up and taking down much easier. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space!

My favorite wedding venue in downtown Saint Louis! The location was perfect for all of our out of town guests. From the welcome committee with champagne to the shuttle bus providing transportation to hotel at the end of the night, everything went perfectly! Emily was our coordinator and she was always available to answer all of our questions and give us great advice. We had our ceremony and reception on the same floor and my guests loved how seamless everything was and how the evening flowed perfectly. Food was great and drinks were strong. I can't say enough nice things about all of the staff at WOW. Thank you so so much!

LOVE LOVE LOVED this venue. Everyone was so kind and Emily was so helpful in terms of setting up for the event. I had sent her so many emails about the situation I was having and she worked so hard to accommodate. The venue is absolutely stunning and everything about it is like a dream. Highly recommend this venue for any event and a huge thank you to them for being such an open and caring team.

I just had my wedding at WOW this past weekend and it was perfect. Emily was so helpful in the planning process. She answered all of my questions and emails promptly and she was very knowledgeable on everything WOW. The venue is so beautiful, it truly sells itself. The event went very smoothly. We were ready for dinner earlier than scheduled and that was no problem for the staff at WOW. They served quickly and I didn’t even notice them clearing the tables. Everything was quick and very clean. An added bonus that was very appreciated by myself and my guest was the shuttle that ran between the venue, the reserved parking lot, and the hotel I had blocked. It gave me peace of mind to know that my guests were getting to their hotel safely. I would definitely recommend WOW to anyone looking for an event venue!
